ICTI CARE continues to share results from our successful worker well-being program to support domestic migrants toy workers with left-behind children.
The Guardian newspaper ran a feature article explaining how our initial pilot programs have delivered positive impacts for Chinese domestic migrant workers and their children – as well as business benefits for the factories involved.
The piece features interviews with toy factory workers sharing their positive experiences of participating in our family-friendly factory spaces and migrant parents training pilots.
In promoting the Left-Behind Children program we hope to inspire many more brands to participate and support this worker well-being program, so that we can scale-up and benefit many more workers in 2017 and beyond. You can read the full article here.
