Note to editor: ICTI CARE (www.icti-care.org) is the ethical supply chain program for the global toy industry. An independent, not-for-profit organisation, we work each day to improve working conditions at our factories by implementing the ICTI Code of Business Practices. The global toy industry created the ICTI Code of Business Practices and it remains the internationally recognized standard for toy brands, retailers and factories. It sets the minimum social compliance standards expected of a factory in our program. Our team combines high-quality social audits, certification, and targeted capability building to implement the Code - supporting the rights and wellbeing of workers and improving ethical standards in our toy factories.
